Please note that this currency conversion is only approximate and your total cart cost processed in Pounds Sterling where it will be converted to your local currency by the payment processor.

PLEASE NOTE - you the buyer are responsible for any import charges or taxes levied by your government when you purchase from RitaNoTiara.  These charges are made by your own customs departments and are not in our control.

We are a small internet based label and unfortunately do not have the facilities for visitors at our studio and can only deal with customers online.

Why is there up to a thirty working day turnaround time on my RitaNoTiara piece?

All RitaNoTiara pieces are handmade and hand dyed to your order. We are a small studio and do not carry stock. If you are in a particular hurry to receive an item then please contact us before purchasing to see if we can get it off to you sooner. When you make your purchase you will be given a dispatch by date and your parcel will be sent off to you on or before the date given.

RitaNoTiaras are well worth the wait but please also remember that each piece is made just for you to our high standards – we do not use a factory or overseas facility to create our clothing – each piece is made from start to finish in our studio.

Why does my RitaNoTiara not look exactly like the picture?

All RitaNoTiara pieces are hand dyed and there can and will be slight variations with dye lots. Each piece is also handmade and the size or number of frills can vary slightly.

How do I look after my RitaNoTiara garment?

All RitaNoTiara pieces can be hand washed or machine washed at 40 degrees. Please line dry or dry flat and do not tumble dry. If you wish to remove the crinkle texture then please iron on the reverse with a steam iron – if you want to keep your crinkles then simply leave to dry and wear.

If something is the wrong size or I just don’t like it, may I return it for an exchange or refund?

Sorry we cannot accept returns/exchanges  or refunds on custom made items ie items made to your instruction be that fabric, colour, size or any other variation requested. So for an example a shirt ordered in a size L in Sea Pearl is a custom order made at your request. and non returnable.  Please see our terms.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive once shipped .

We use Express next day shipping wherever possible  - Overseas may be slightly longer also PO Box addresses will take longer

Will my parcel have a tracking number?

All Shipments are sent fully tracked and we will not send an item without tracking

I am overseas can you mark my item as a gift or second hand clothing with a low value on the customs form.

Unfortunately if you are located outside Europe or in one of the few EU countries that require a customs declaration to be attached to the parcel we cannot mark the parcel as a gift or as second hand clothing with a low value . Most parcels do get through customs without problem but they can be stopped and import duty / tax have to be paid.

Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any Import Duty / Tax charged by their government and not the seller.
